Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing, a leading Tier 1 supplier, seeks a Quality Supervisor for the 1st shift at our Northlake, TX plant. Oversee safety, quality, delivery, and production efficiency while fostering an ownership-driven environment for employee-owners.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, training on processes, certifying progression, investigating incidents, and ensuring on-time customer delivery. Requires Associate or BS and 3–5 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned processes with accuracy and discipline.
• Coaches and assists employees with problem solving.
• Train team on processes, procedures and tasks.
• Certify team members to satisfy progression on the skills matrix.
• Ensure quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Investigate incidents and root cause analyses.
• Monitor attendance and apply discipline per handbook.
• Direct team leaders, material handlers, operators, and support groups.
