Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Team Leader for the 2nd shift (4:00PM - 2:30AM) at the Northlake, TX plant. You will supervise a work group, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and escalate issues to keep operations running smoothly.

You will train team members, verify equipment readiness, and support shipping activities while maintaining compliance with company policies. ESOP benefits and employee ownership are part of our culture.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Previous team leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees personnel loading/unloading trucks and verifies counts.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment by team members.
• Train team members on processes and job tasks.
• Lead and support shipping personnel as needed.
• Maintain FIFO and proper labeling throughout shifts.
