Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing seeks an Assembly Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (5:00pm–1:30am) at our Irving, TX plant. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, and production efficiency, coaching teams and enforcing policies.

Candidates should have 3+ years in a supervisory role, a high school diploma, and automotive manufacturing experience; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. This on-site role may require overtime to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, and production efficiency; mentor and coach team members.
• Train team members on processes, procedures, and job tasks; certify proficiency.
• Ensure quality standards are met and on-time delivery per customer demands.
