Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing, a leading tier 1 supplier for the automotive industry, seeks a supervisor to oversee warehouse, shipping, and inventory activities in Northlake, TX. You will manage physical inventories, implement corrective actions, and coordinate with production and quality teams.

The role requires 3+ years in materials or logistics, strong leadership, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office. This is a 2nd shift position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in materials, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations in manufacturing.
• Experience leading hourly teams and driving process improvements.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers handling shipments and records.
• Explain quality policies and work instructions to team; participate in preventative actions and corrective actions.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits; report discrepancies and root causes.
