This role is essential for mentoring teams and implementing quality initiatives to optimize plant performance and compliance with global standards. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in quality assurance, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred OR relevant business experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Continuous improvement specialized role.
• Prior experience in a plant or quality supervisory role.
• Strong customer focus orientation.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality initiatives and collaborate across departments.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of all quality department employees.
• Drive compliance of quality guidelines at the service center.
