Job summary

Oldcastle APG at the Maryland plant is seeking a Coordinator to oversee safety compliance and quality for Dry-mix concrete products, including routine testing and aggregate inspection per ASTM.

The role requires a high school diploma (Associates preferred), basic reading and computer skills, ability to lift up to 95 lbs, and strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Competitive benefits and a 401(k) plan are offered.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; Associates Degree preferred
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals
• Adequate computer skills
• Must be detail-oriented and able to problem-solve and follow step-by-step instructions

Responsibilities

• Testing of product formulations
• Inspection, testing, and approval of incoming raw materials
• Provide/produce and prepare samples for sales as needed
• Follow all established specifications and processes
• Routinely inspect/observe plant equipment and activities for safe processes
• Prepare and submit all required reports to Oldcastle or applicable agency
• Keep plant in compliance with EH&S regulations
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed
