Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking an EHS/QC Coordinator to partner with operations, analyze manufacturing processes, and advise on OSHA, EPA and related regulations. The role focuses on eliminating hazards, guiding best safe practices, and coaching employees daily across the site.

You will work with regional managers and EHS directors to manage safety and environmental requirements for each crew, supporting program development and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in maintaining OSHA and EPA compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards using the Oldcastle Near Miss Potential Hazard program.
• Establish corrective and preventative actions with operations management.
• Complete incident investigations and track corrective actions.
• Inspect materials for quality control and test mixtures where needed.
• Maintain safety records and prepare safety reports as directed.
• Assist in permit applications and new program implementations.
• Input safety data into Oldcastle's software and ensure compliance.
