Excellus BCBS is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex initiatives focused on accreditation, regulatory compliance, member experience and plan performance. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage timelines, artifacts and governance, and communicate with executives and external partners.

Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and reporting on program status, building evidence for submissions, and coordinating vendor and regulator interactions to ensure compliance and timely

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Project Management or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred; strong program/project management experience.
• Applied knowledge of quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manages complex programs/projects with end-to-end solutioning across accreditation, CMS/DOH, member experience and performance.
• Leads and coordinates program planning, monitoring, reporting and governance activities.
• Communicates with stakeholders at all levels to review scope, progress and resolve issues.
• Develops program plans, schedules, budgets and contingency plans; ensures deadlines are met.
• Oversees vendor/auditor/regulator relationships and compliance submissions.
