Job summary

sefl is seeking a Quality Specialist to manage the ACTION program and associate Recognition processes, promoting company values and engagement across regions. You will coordinate with Service Center Managers to ensure quality is active and executed as designed, and develop materials to strengthen culture.

You will lead the ACTION and Recognition teams, organize meetings, and train new quality staff while tracking participation and coordinating awards across locations.

Qualifications

• 18 months of administrative or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ACTION program and Recognition processes across the Support Center and regions.
• Develop and implement training materials and content to promote company culture and engagement.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to ensure quality standards and participation.
• Lead regional ACTION and Recognition meetings and assist with awards and recognitions.
