Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Service & Quality Coordinator in the Operations area. The role ensures attendance tracking, data accuracy, and compliance with program proposals, while coordinating with leaders across Health and Life Skills, Education, Recreation and Sports, Youth Development, and Employability to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience.
• Associate degree and 1 year of related experience.
• Administrative knowledge of office procedures and systems.
• Strong English language and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the membership system up to date with accurate data.
• Enroll participants and maintain required documents.
• Guide participants on club benefits and ensure card usage.
• Evaluate attendance frequency and analyze trends.
• Prepare timely reports and suggest program improvements.
• Ensure security and a safe reception area.
• Support Unit Director in evaluating club effectiveness.
• Coordinate community activities to meet attendance and retention targets.
• Develop alliances with schools and other organizations.
• Promote customer service and act as a positive example.
