Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking a Quality Specialist to lead the ACTION program and recognition initiatives across the assigned regions. You will promote the company culture, collaborate with Service Center Managers and RVPs, and ensure quality processes are implemented consistently.

In this role you will create training materials, monitor participation, coordinate awards, and develop engaging quality events.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of administrative or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with employee engagement programs and training coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ACTION program and Recognition processes.
• Promote and maintain company culture across regions.
• Create, maintain and distribute Quality material and training content.
• Coordinate awards presentations and regional participation reporting.
• Lead the Support Center Quality teams and assist with training sessions.
