Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking a Quality Specialist to manage the ACTION program and associate recognition activities. You will promote cultural values, coordinate training materials, and work with Service Center Managers to ensure quality processes are active and effective across regions.

The role requires strong communication skills and experience in administrative or customer service environments, with responsibilities including reporting, event coordination, and support for leadership

Qualifications

• 18+ months of administrative or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating training sessions and events helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACTION and Recognition programs across regions.
• Promote and reinforce company cultural values among associates.
• Develop and implement training materials and content for leadership.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for centers and departments.
• Lead monthly quality summaries and regional reports.
• Support center leaders with award presentations and recognitions.
