Job summary

Walmart in Apple Valley, CA is seeking a Process Improvement professional to lead quality initiatives within the distribution center, applying 5S, Six Sigma, and time-and-motion studies to eliminate losses and deviations.

You will develop standard work, KPIs, and area-level improvement plans, collaborate with area managers and teams, and drive WPS program deployment while aligning with Walmart values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 2 years' relevant work experience.
• Experience in Quality or Process Improvement.
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Improvement projects using 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, time and motion studies to eliminate quality losses and deviations.
• Develop KPI metrics and standard work to reduce process variation and drive performance.
• Support WPS program deployment and provide input to area managers on project ideation and replication opportunities.
