Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Quality Excellence Manager in Sanger, TX to lead process-improvement initiatives within the Distribution Center using 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time‑motion studies to reduce quality losses and deviations. You will drive performance improvements and collaborate with stakeholders across the site.

You will develop KPI dashboards, ensure alignment with One Best Way playbooks, and foster a culture of belonging while building capability in managers and associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3 years’ experience in Quality or Process Improvement OR 5 years’ experience in Engineering or Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma experience
• Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long‑term savings
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to eliminate quality losses and deviations in a Distribution Center
• Compile deviations to One Best Way playbooks and input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams
• Manage project execution of top quality losses and build capability of area managers and associates
• Deliver KPI improvements and drive continuous improvement
