Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Analyst II, Quality Engineer - Supply Chain in Marcy, NY. The role focuses on leading process improvement using 5S, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma to reduce quality losses within a Distribution Center.

The position involves KPI analysis, standard work development, and deployment of the Quality Excellence WPS program across the area, collaborating with area managers and associates to drive measurable improvements and sustain strong ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 2 years’ relevant experience in Quality or Process Improvement.
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads process improvement initiatives using 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to reduce Quality losses.
• Reviews and responds to Quality-focused improvement projects owned by area managers and supports KPI enhancements.
