Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts, established in 2019, seeks a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead QA, compliance, and process-improvement initiatives across operations. You will partner with Operations, Field Leadership, Dispatch, Training, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent processes and drive performance enhancements.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to identify trends and implement corrective actions that uplift quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, operations, quality management or automotive management.
• Minimum 3 years in operations management, quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or process improvement leadership.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
• Strong knowledge of workflows, compliance standards, QA methodologies, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance, compliance, and process review programs across the organization.
• Coach and develop Process Review Specialists and other team members.
• Establish review methodologies, audit standards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor trends to improve efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead root cause analyses for quality issues, customer complaints, and process failures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership to standardize best practices.
