South Texas Health System seeks a Performance Improvement facilitator to coordinate an organization-wide PI program and support six sigma quality initiatives across STHS facilities. You will manage CMS core measure data collection, analyze outcomes, and craft action plans with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include mortality reviews, quality data checks, and presenting results to committees while promoting ongoing improvement and adherence to the Compliance Program.

Formación

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Nursing, Computer Science, business, health-related field, or 5+ years in Quality; Master preferred.
• If bachelor’s or Associate in nursing, currently licensed in Texas or compact state license, or has a valid temporary RN license for Texas.
• RN will have BLS upon hire (and maintain through employment).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate system-wide Performance Improvement program.
• Participate in six sigma quality projects and quality control functions.
• Perform CMS core measure data collection and analysis across STHS facilities.
• Prepare meetings and create presentations (PowerPoint) and packets.
• Explain results to committee members and promote continuous improvement.
