Job summary

TidalHealth is seeking a Performance Improvement Director to lead the ongoing deployment and sustainment of its Operating System and systemwide performance initiatives. You will guide a team of consultants and specialists, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and project management to improve quality, efficiency, and the use of labor, supplies, and space.

The role requires strategic leadership, education, and capability development across the organization, with a focus on measurable, sustained improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in performance improvement, operational excellence, or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Two+ years applying Lean Six Sigma Black Belt competencies and guiding improvement projects.
• Healthcare performance improvement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of the TidalHealth Operating System and systemwide PI initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership to a team of PI Consultants and Specialists.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
