Responsibilities

Promotes and teaches the PI process throughout the department and organization.
Manages PI projects from planning to follow-up, focused on clinical improvement opportunities.
Leads clinical integration of system and hospital initiatives within Perioperative Services.
Collects and analyzes measurement data on outcomes and performance improvement activities.
Trends and reports risk-related issues department-wide; ensures regulatory compliance.
