Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of quality improvement projects, coordinating meetings and maintaining documentation.
• Monitor progress against timelines and deliverables; address issues or delays.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to quality measures and outcomes; support reporting to stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between project teams, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory surveys and audits; stay informed on regulatory changes.
• Track effectiveness of changes and recommend further improvements.
• Coordinate hospital's Policy Leadership Committee and Policy Management system.
• Support patient and family relations by responding to complaints with compassion and timeliness.
