RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support continuous improvement initiatives focused on patient and family experiences. You’ll analyze patient experience data, identify trends, and help develop measurable action plans designed to improve and sustain patient experience outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Three to five years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of team members to achieve results.
• Enthusiasm for promoting patient-centered care and using data to drive change.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, interpret, and integrate patient experience data from multiple sources
• Identify trends, strengths, and opportunities for improvement
• Communicate patient experience data and feedback to staff and management
• Update monthly patient experience dashboards
• Assist leaders with developing, implementing, and monitoring measurable action plans to improve and sustain patient experience metrics
• Collaborate with departments to support effective implementation of improvement initiatives
• Round on patients and families and address special patient and family needs
• Conduct Patient Experience training for staff
• Provide administrative support for employee recognition programs
• Participate in and provide administrative support to the Patient and Family Advisory Council
