General Motors in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Quality Business Manager to coordinate the Quality Department’s operations, finances, and administration. You will ensure reliable information, the right people, and adequate resources to meet safety, quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement goals.

You will mentor leaders, manage budgets, and support GMS processes across the department. This onsite role requires a strong background in manufacturing and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Onsite full-time work.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on Quality Department operations, ensuring resources and budget alignment.
• Manage manpower, training, postings, shift changes, overtime, and related activities.
• Validate GMS execution and support Go-and-See activities and audits.
• Prepare and monitor department budgets, forecasts, and cost reviews.
• Lead monthly department meetings and mentor Group Leaders.
