Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Group Leader in Production, Quality, or Global Supply Chain to lead teams and drive operational excellence across manufacturing processes. You will oversee daily operations, improve business processes, and promote teamwork within the GM SPQRCE framework.

Responsibilities include adjusting the daily plan, managing competing priorities, and solving complex problems in a fast-paced setting. This onsite role requires rotating shifts and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Direct supervisory experience or internal GM per diem leadership exposure.
• Experience leading people, addressing performance concerns, and making timely decisions.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict-management capability.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, typing, email).

• Analyze and respond to the daily manufacturing plan; adjust operations as needed.
