Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite and rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor department budgeting and cost tracking.
• Prepare and present information for cost councils and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate GMS execution and support Go and See activities.
• Lead monthly departmental meetings and action-item trackers.
• Provide coverage for the Quality Operations Manager and Group Leaders as needed.
• Track mandatory training and audits following the Internal Audit Schedule.
