Job summary

Golden Corral franchise is seeking energetic individuals for a Meat Cutter role. You will cut meat according to specifications and time standards, rotate and box meat to ensure freshness, and stock the meat cooler to meet quality guidelines.

You will sanitize surfaces between production of different meats, follow local health department laws, and maintain inventory while notifying the Manager of any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience with meat cutting and portion control.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow product specifications and time standards.

Responsibilities

• Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Rotates cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
• Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler per food safety guidelines.

• Notifies Manager of discrepancies in product or equipment.
