Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a QA/QC Lead to manage and improve quality across solar, battery energy storage, and high-voltage construction projects in the United States. You will oversee inspectors, champion quality initiatives, and ensure adherence to project plans and ISO standards.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of QA/QC experience on large-scale projects. You will collaborate with the project team to drive corrective actions, maintain quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in construction management or engineering.
Minimum 2 years QA/QC experience on large commercial/industrial projects.
Experience in auditing and working with ISO quality standards preferred.
Proven ability to lead and mentor QA/QC staff on site.

Responsibilities

Lead the project QA/QC program across solar, BESS, and high-voltage works.
Coordinate with Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Superintendents to address field QA/QC needs.
Audit, inspect, and implement corrective actions per the project quality plan.
Develop and maintain project quality records and training for team members.
Ensure subcontractors comply with Signal Energy/CoVolt Quality Policies and Procedures.
Communicate quality policies effectively and resolve issues promptly.
