Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Manager in driving field QA/QC across solar and electrical works. You will engage with project engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to enforce quality policies and ensure work complies with IFC drawings and project plans.

This role requires outdoor work in varying weather, strong inspection coordination, problem solving, and training of project teams on quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Must understand technical and quality management aspects of construction activities.
• Safety regulations knowledge for field environments.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and apply them to work.

Responsibilities

• Quality advocacy and policy compliance on the project site.
• Field support to QA/QC Inspectors and project team.
• Assist in auditing, inspection, surveillance, and testing activities.
• Help manage the Quality program for solar projects including HV works.
