Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to support QA/QC on solar and BESS projects. The role focuses on promoting quality policies, field oversight, and driving corrective actions across multiple disciplines.

The candidate will work with project engineers, inspectors, and managers to ensure work meets specifications, safety and ISO standards, and project schedules. Outdoor work in varied weather is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction QA/QC experience on large commercial, multi-discipline projects.
• Experience in SWPPP and erosion control; ISO Quality standards knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote quality policies and procedures on site.
• Provide field support to QA/QC staff and project team.
• Assess quality of work and track corrective actions.
• Support performance improvement across the project.
• Assist in audit, inspection, testing activities.
• Help manage quality program for solar projects.
• Maintain project plans, specs, and drawings; review quality records.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective measures.
• Provide quality training to team and subcontractors.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on quality compliance.
• Communicate quality policies to project personnel.
• Assist in resolving issues through communication.
