CoVolt Power is seeking a QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance on solar, BESS, and high‑voltage projects across North America. You will oversee QA/QC Inspectors, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and ensure compliance with quality policies and safety regulations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 2+ years QA/QC experience on large-scale industrial projects, and experience with ISO standards and SWPPP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years QA/QC experience on large commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience with ISO quality standards and SWPPP preferred.
• Auditing experience and ability to lead quality initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Promote and enforce all quality policies on the project site.
• Lead QA/QC staff and coordinate with Project Manager and Lead Superintendent.
• Manage quality records, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with Signal Energy’s quality procedures.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project quality plan.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective measures.
