Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 5–10 years of work-related manufacturing experience.
• Should have 3–5 years’ experience in production supervisory role.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire others to comply with quality standards.
• Professional training and quality certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and execute site SOPs and policies for implementation.
• Coordinate and execute internal, customer, supplier, subcontractor, and regulatory audits.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with current policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer requirements.
• Investigate and resolve quality complaints and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production managers to maximize product quality and reliability while minimizing cost.
• Track, analyze, and lead quality initiatives and customer complaint resolutions.
• Approve site-specific or one-time deviations, waivers, or releases as required.
• Utilize enterprise data to analyze complaints and isolate defective parts.
• Lead SQF readiness and quality-improvement efforts at the facility.
• Provide tools and training for quality management to staff.
