RTX's Columbus Engine Center is seeking a qualified Quality Manager. You will supervise the QMS, RCCA, and data analysis activities for the F100 and F117 inspection teams, CMM, NDT and Bearings and Seals, and drive lean process improvements to enhance quality and delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience (or advanced degree with 5 years), AS9100/AS9110 knowledge, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience
• Or Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience
• Experience leading teams in quality or manufacturing
• Experience with non-conformance investigations (DIVEs)
• Root Cause and Corrective Action experience
• AS9100/AS9110 standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
