Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Columbus Engine Center seeks a Quality Manager to supervise the F100/F117 inspection teams, improve quality systems and lead root-cause investigations. You will promote a proactive quality culture, utilize PFMEA/MSA and drive risk management to enhance delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or an Advanced degree with 5+ years) in quality, manufacturing, or operations, including non-conformance investigations and reading engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience; or advanced degree with 5 years in quality/manufacturing/operations.
• Experience leading product or process non-conformance investigations (DIVEs).
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience required.
• Familiar with AS9100/AS9110 standards and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality F100 and F117 BX and CX inspection teams and related processes.
• Ensure smooth operation of quality processes and drive improvement initiatives.
• Develop root-cause actions and track corrective actions.
• Apply Lean strategies to enhance quality and delivery.
• Maintain quality systems and risk management through PFMEA/MSA.
• Collaborate with MECOE and other orgs to resolve issues quickly.
