Candidates should possess experience in MRO Repair Station/Engine Center, Quality Management Systems (QMS), RCCA, Data Analysis, Technical Review, Inspection Methods, as well as Project Management. This position will provide supervision, leadership and support to the Quality F100 and F117 BX and CX inspection teams, CMM, NDT and Bearings and Seals. The Quality Manager will ensure smooth and efficient operation of the quality processes. This will require active searching for opportunities to enhance the quality processes and the product using a variety of problem-solving techniques, effective interpersonal and communication skills, along with technical competencies. The Quality Manager will promote excellent employee relations and empowerment of all assigned personnel. This role reports to the MECOE Quality Manager. Other focus areas are to develop relationships within Military Engines Center of Excellence (MECOE) operational functions. The goal is to create a trusting relationship with an emphasis on rapid problem resolution, removing waste and variability from processes and improving quality and delivery.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
