Weco Manufacturing Group in New York seeks a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance, ISO 9001 compliance, and continuous improvement. This hands-on leadership role balances directing the QA team with performing inspections to support production and customer needs.

You will guide audits, calibration, and QMS enhancements while coaching staff to uphold product conformance and data-driven quality metrics across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of ISO 9001 experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with KPI achievement.
• 5+ years as primary customer interface in quality.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with operations to implement QMS and QA practices.
• Conduct internal audits and address non-conformities.
• Assist daily production meetings and reports.
• Maintain and improve QMS records and reports.
• Oversee calibration of equipment and measuring tools.
• Develop work instructions and quality plans.
• Review nonconforming material via MRB process.
• Participate in ISO and QMS audits and surveillance.
