Job summary

Weckworth Mfg., Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality initiatives and oversee the Quality Assurance team. This role involves maintaining and improving quality systems to meet customer expectations and ensure product standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment, strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & AS9100 regulatory requirements, and effective communication skills. Compensation ranges from $60K to $70K annually, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive responsible experience in quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Results oriented with a record of accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for the Quality Program's key pillars.
• Serve as the SOP Administrator for creating and revising procedures.
• Investigate root causes of non-conforming products and recommend corrections.
