Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• 3+ years of quality leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, defense, electronics, or telecommunications environments.
• Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, SPC, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Develop and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.
• Partner with Operations to support production goals and shipment schedules.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Utilize SPC, quality data analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Serve as primary customer quality representative.
• Lead customer audits, quality reviews, and supplier quality initiatives.
• Develop KPI dashboards and present quality performance metrics.
