EIS is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, directing the QA/QC team to ensure strict adherence to ISO standards and customer specifications. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes strategic quality initiatives and cross‑department collaboration.

The ideal candidate will drive the QMS, coordinate internal and supplier audits, and promote continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Strong communication and training skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification highly desirable.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) is a plus.
• 3–5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing preferred.

• Lead QA and QC functions and direct the Quality Support Team.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO‑aligned QMS.
• Oversee supplier assurance, validation, and audits of raw material sources.
• Lead internal audits, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Serve as lead for customer audits and ISO certification assessments.
• Train shop staff on quality documentation, readings, and records.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs, regulatory standards, and SOPs.
