Job summary

WB Industries, a metal fabrication company with a fun culture, seeks a Quality Manager to plan, direct and control the Quality Department to align products and processes with regulatory and customer requirements.

You will deploy a Quality Management System, oversee audits, lead department personnel, drive improvements, and maintain AS9100:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications while communicating strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality improvement and risk management preferred.
• Experience deploying and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ability to lead audits and regulatory/compliance efforts.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full deployment and compliance with a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage all internal audit functions and serve as external audit liaison for all regulatory and compliance audits.
• Manage quality department personnel and assure department objectives are maintained and exceeded.
• Assist in identifying, developing and implementing facility wide process improvements.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with relevant certifications including AS9100:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
