Advancia Government Services, located at Lee’s Summit, MO, seeks a Quality Manager to identify and proactively prevent issues affecting government contract performance within a records center/file storage environment. You will lead a team of quality auditors and ensure government customer requirements are met, with a focus on training and onsite quality control.

The role requires 3 years of QC operations experience, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and the ability to pass security clearances.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience in managing quality control operations.
• Experience preparing and monitoring internal procedures for adherence to government regulations and policies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Program Management, Business/Public Admin, Production/Operations/Manufacturing, Technical Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or Finance/Accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure services are performed to government customer standards.
• Develop procedures to identify and prevent occurrences of defective services.
• Develop and oversee procedures to remediate and processes where quality levels are not met.
• Analyze quality data and recommend changes to the Program Manager.
• Manage corrective action requests and reports for timely resolution.
• Coordinate quality performance and customer quality service issues with government personnel and Contractor’s Program Manager.
• Provide training and implementation of the Contractor’s Quality Control Program onsite.
