Job summary

Advancia Technologies LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead in Spanish Lake, Missouri to prevent issues affecting contract performance on a government site. You will implement a contractor quality control program to ensure records management, document processing, and delivery meet government requirements.

Key duties include maintaining training records, ensuring standards, and developing remediation procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' work experience at a record facility.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• 3 years of work experience plus BA or 7 years of work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain records confirming all contractor personnel have completed required training.
• Ensure services are performed to government customer standards.
• Develop procedures to identify and prevent defective services.
• Develop and oversee procedures to remediate processes where quality is not met.
• Implement the quality system, quality records, and summaries for management review.
• Analyze quality data and recommend changes to the Site Manager.
• Ensure site personnel are trained in quality aspects of their job.
• Manage corrective action requests and error transmittal reports for timely resolution.
