Job summary

FWI is seeking a Quality Manager to support USCIS by leading quality control for a high-volume federal records operation at the NRC in Lee's Summit, MO. You will run audits and lead quality auditors and trainers to ensure compliance with federal standards and contract performance levels.

This full-time, on-site role requires a Six Sigma Black Belt (or ability to earn within 180 days), U.S. citizenship, and a valid Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in program management, business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of quality control management experience.
• Experience ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, or ability to earn within 180 days of contract award.
• U.S. citizenship and residency in past 3 of the last 5 years.
• Favorable USCIS Public Trust clearance before start.

Responsibilities

• Own all quality activities across contract task areas at your site.
• Lead a team of quality auditors and tutors who handle audit and training functions.
• Prepare and monitor internal procedures for compliance with government regulations and policies.
• Coordinate operational and administrative actions with site managers.
• Use Six Sigma methods to find root causes and keep performance improving.
