Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC in support of Indian Affairs and Office of Information Technology seeks an experienced Quality Management Support Project Manager – Intermediate to lead quality assurance, testing, and IT delivery activities in the Reston, VA area.

Role requires 5+ years of project management experience and a PMP certification. You will coordinate government, business, technical, security, vendor, and contractor stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Five years of project management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Test Management within IT.
• Experience developing and maintaining quality-management processes, procedures, standards, and docs.
• Experience developing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, acceptance criteria, and test docs.
• Experience coordinating or supporting system testing and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and closeout.
• Apply PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies as suitable.
• Lead PI Planning activities and maintain project plans, schedules, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, and government stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Track costs, risks, and performance; escalate issues when needed.
• Integrate quality-management and testing with requirements, schedules, and change control.
• Support release and deployment readiness with testing completion and documentation.
