Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in quality department operations.
  • Experience using Teams, SharePoint, SAP, and other Microsoft products.
  • Knowledge of document control standards and ISO 9001:2015.
  • Knowledge of rolling stock components preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical, functional, and first article inspections.
  • Prepare and approve inspection reports, records, charts, and basic statistical analyses.
  • Lead root cause evaluations and apply quality tools to resolve issues.
  • Train and guide less experienced inspectors.
  • Coordinate department consumables and ensure 6S standards.
