Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Quality Specialist to join the team in Parkersburg, WV. You will drive quality improvements, investigate customer complaints, and lead root-cause analyses across Operations and Quality functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 15+ years fluoropolymer manufacturing experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into customer complaints, nonconforming products, and process deviations.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare customer responses and 8D reports; maintain quality records in systems.
