Job summary

The Chemours Company in Parkersburg, West Virginia, is seeking a Quality Specialist to join the Operations and Quality teams. You will ensure alignment of customer expectations, manufacturing performance, and quality systems, leading investigations, RCA, and CAPA efforts.

You will liaise with Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, and Customers to drive continuous improvement and maintain high quality across processes and products.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in manufacturing, quality, process engineering, or technical environment.
• Experience leading Root Cause Failure Analysis and corrective actions.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into customer complaints and nonconforming products.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and 8D reports.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and quality system effectiveness.
• Manage CQSI records and quality communications in systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Supply Chain to align VOC and VOP.
• Plan internal quality audits and support supplier improvement programs.
• Develop training and quality communications for staff.
