The Chemours Company, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team in Parkersburg, West Virginia. This highly visible role is a key contributor within both the Operations and Quality organizations and reports directly to the Global Analytical Quality Manager.
As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer expectations, manufacturing performance, and quality system requirements are fully aligned. Serving as the primary liaison between Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, Customers, and Suppliers, you will lead efforts to resolve quality issues, investigate customer complaints, improve manufacturing performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver who thrives in a manufacturing environment, possesses strong technical and analytical skills, and has the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable quality improvements.
