Highmark Health is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise. This role defines strategy, oversees end-to-end quality activities, guides technical teams, and translates data-quality risks into clear business impacts.

The position does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution. You will drive data testing strategy, oversee SQL validation, ETL, and data-flow testing, and mentor QA teams across the SDLC in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project, timeline, and resource management experience.
• 3+ years delivering excellent client service and managing expectations.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring QA teams through SDLC phases.

Responsabilités

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, data migration, and data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Drive risk identification, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Lead quality across SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
