The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

You will lead data testing strategy, validation across SQL and ETL, test data management, and risk mitigation, while partnering with executives to communicate quality

• 3 Years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
• 3 Years of excellent customer service and client expectation management.
• 3 Years of leading and mentoring QA testers and Associate Quality Leads through the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, and communicate quality status to executives.
