Qualifications

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, and estimation.

• Understand healthcare data domains: claims, membership, provider, care management.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and defect management.
• Drive quality across SDLC and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
