The role does not require daily hands-on test execution. You will guide test data management, validation, and tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality across SDLC and Agile releases.

Qualifications

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.

Responsibilities
